About the role
We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors at our car showroom located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The role involves delivering a warm welcome and providing accurate information to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage appointments and keep the reception area organized.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic showroom information.
- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- Applicants must be UAE nationals.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Well‑groomed, organized, and customer‑service oriented.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration is preferred.
