About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our real‑estate office. The role involves handling inbound calls, welcoming visitors, and supporting agents with scheduling and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries about company services, and schedule appointments with agents based on client needs.
- Receive, sort and distribute mail, packages and letters.
- Provide information on available properties, including location, amenities, price range and financing options.
- Create and maintain databases of potential buyers or renters.
- Deliver general customer service, answer policy questions, show homes and share neighbourhood information.
- Arrange repairs or maintenance services for clients’ homes or businesses.
- Coordinate property showings with agents and clients, preparing homes according to guidelines.
- Schedule and communicate with contractors for repair projects, monitoring progress.
- Track signatures and dates on documents to ensure legal compliance of real‑estate transactions.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of requests.
- Professional demeanor and customer‑focused attitude.
