About the role
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers on the 3rd floor of T1, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reception services, visitor registration and call routing.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, meeting rooms and corporate events.
- Support administrative operations, travel arrangements and correspondence.
- Monitor facility services, maintenance activities and workplace standards.
- Report and resolve operational, maintenance and service‑related issues.
- Manage inventory, assets, purchase orders and budget tracking.
- Supervise office support staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, visitors and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively in English with professionalism and confidence.
- Organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Resolve issues calmly while working under pressure and adapting to changing needs.
- Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
