Receptionist

About the role

Six Construct, a subsidiary of the BESIX Group, is the largest Belgian construction company operating in the Middle East, active in commercial and residential buildings, sports and leisure facilities, infrastructure and marine projects. It is hiring a full-time Receptionist in Dubai who acts as the first point of contact for employees, visitors and external partners and supports administrative coordination, employee documentation and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees and external partners, providing a professional and welcoming environment.
• Provide reception support and general office administrative assistance.
• Monitor the Outlook inbox so that internal and external inquiries are answered promptly.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate daily timesheets for staff and labour teams and screen timesheets and TQR (Total Quality Reports) for discrepancies.
• Assist in collecting and verifying monthly staff timesheets to support payroll processing.
• Prepare weekly sick leave reports in Excel to track workforce availability.
• Manage Sunday Requests and generate recurring food reports for onsite teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, office administrator or in an HR support role.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with employees and visitors.
• Ability to handle several administrative tasks in a fast-paced office.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
