About the role
Join Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah as a Receptionist and be the first smile guests see. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out while delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, complete check‑in, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials.
- Process departures, verify charges, handle payments and use the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
- Provide detailed hotel and local information, promote amenities and use up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
- Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns promptly and manage communications.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and spreading warmth.
- Integrity, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to inspire and lead by example.
Required skills
- Point‑of‑Sale System operation
- Up‑selling techniques
- Hotel and local area knowledge
