Recreation Attendant

About the role

The Recreation Attendant will support the Sports & Recreation department at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, ensuring guests enjoy safe, engaging, and memorable leisure experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of the Sports & Recreation department to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Design and deliver unique activities that showcase local culture, sport and adventure.
• Oversee outsourced service providers to maintain high maintenance standards.
• Implement health and safety protocols for all sports, leisure activities and children’s programmes.
• Monitor participation numbers and guest feedback, adjusting programmes to maintain quality and fun.

Required profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of the resort’s sports, leisure services and equipment.
• Ability to lead the Minor Hotels Children programme and ensure child safety.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Qualified fitness leader, aerobic instructor or lifeguard certifications where applicable.
