Recreation Experience Expert – Guest Services

About the role

The Recreation Experience Expert supports all guest‑focused recreation activities at Le Méridien Dubai. You will be the primary point of contact for pools, beach, fitness centre, game‑room and children’s activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information about all recreation facilities and encourage guest participation.
• Register, schedule and promote activities, private functions and group events.
• Enforce safety rules, monitor facilities and respond to emergencies according to procedures.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process equipment rentals and facility fees.
• Assist injured guests until emergency services arrive and report incidents.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities, equipment and supplies.
• Deliver courteous guest service, including assistance for guests with disabilities.
• Use computers and POS systems to enter and retrieve work‑related information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• CPR certification and First Aid certification.
• No prior experience required; ability to work flexible hours.

Required skills

• Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and information retrieval.
