Recreation Kids Club Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a Recreation Kids Club Attendant to join the vibrant team at Radisson Resort Al Marjan Island. The role focuses on delivering safe, clean, and enjoyable experiences for children attending the Kids Club and crèche while supporting the overall recreation department.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the Recreation Supervisor to ensure a safe environment for all children.
• Create and maintain an inventory of toys and equipment, ensuring everything is clean and well‑maintained.
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as directed.
• Enforce club rules and regulations at all times.
• Keep the club and locker facilities tidy and hygienic.
• Manage budgets and inventory related to the Kids Club.
• Provide accurate information on club facilities, timings, promotions and prices.
• Address guest inquiries with confidence and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Passion for creating memorable experiences for guests, especially children.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety and detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the recreation team and supervise club activities.
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and respond to inquiries.
• Willingness to manage budgets, inventory and follow established schedules.
