About the role
The Recreation Receptionist welcomes guests to the Marriott Al Forsan recreation facilities, encourages participation in activities, and ensures a safe, enjoyable environment.
Key responsibilities
- Register, schedule, and promote recreation activities for guests.
- Provide information on facilities, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies according to procedures.
- Maintain and clean equipment, process payments for rentals and activities, and handle point‑of‑sale transactions.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete required safety training.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; ability to work with guests of all abilities.
- CPR and First Aid certifications; any additional certifications required by local authorities.
Required skills
- CPR certification.
- First Aid certification.
- Basic operation of point‑of‑sale systems.
