Recreation Team Leader

About the role

The Recreation Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta’s premium leisure facilities, including a rooftop pool, pool bar, fitness centre and Kids' Club. This role ensures that all guest experiences align with the brand’s promise to "feel the extraordinary" while maintaining the highest safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the operation of the temperature‑controlled rooftop pool, Skyline Pool Bar, fitness centre and Kids' Club.
• Ensure all recreational activities, guest touchpoints and facility conditions comply with NH Collection standards.
• Lead, inspire and monitor a multi‑certified team of recreation and pool attendants.
• Maintain rigorous health, safety and quality standards across all leisure areas.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong experience in recreation and leisure operations.
• Relevant professional licences and certifications.
• Good leadership and team‑management skills.
• Strong guest service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of health, safety and recreation standards.
