Recruiter (Arabic/English) – Real Estate – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Recruiter fluent in English and Arabic to join our real‑estate team in Abu Dhabi. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on attracting talent for the UAE property market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and engage qualified candidates for real‑estate positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from screening to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and conduct interviews.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Report on recruitment metrics and provide analysis to improve hiring effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the UAE real‑estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
• Database management.
