Recruiter – End-to-End Hiring & Global Sourcing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to lead the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of front‑of‑house and service roles. The role will focus on building a strong pipeline of talent locally and internationally, ensuring seamless onboarding and compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end hiring: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and closing for all positions.
• Develop and maintain a global candidate pipeline; partner with overseas recruitment agencies and coordinate visa and mobilization logistics.
• Establish formal partnerships with hospitality training institutes, airline customer‑service academies, cruise line training programs and other vocational schools to secure a steady flow of pre‑trained candidates.
• Design and deliver structured onboarding and induction programmes that communicate brand standards and operational procedures.
• Act as liaison between operations managers, branch managers and the HR team, translating staffing needs into targeted hiring plans.
• Maintain a warm bench of candidates for high‑turnover front‑of‑house roles to minimise vacancy time.
• Enhance employer branding on job boards, LinkedIn, institute placement cells and agency networks.
• Track hiring metrics, prepare regular reports on pipeline health, sourcing channel performance and early‑tenure attrition.
• Ensure all hiring documentation complies with UAE labour law, including contracts, offer letters and visa paperwork.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within consultancy or non‑IT hiring environments.
• Strong understanding of hospitality, airline or cruise industry talent needs is an advantage.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Familiarity with UAE labour regulations and visa processes.
