Recruiter / Headhunter – Real Estate Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Recruiter/Headhunter to join our team and focus on sourcing top real‑estate talent. You will work closely with the Recruitment and Sales teams to identify, engage and build relationships with high‑potential candidates in the Dubai market.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively headhunt qualified real‑estate professionals via LinkedIn, professional networks, databases, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct targeted searches for passive candidates and build a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
• Research the market to identify top‑performing agents and experienced real‑estate professionals.
• Approach candidates, present career opportunities and generate interest.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, performance, motivation and suitability.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in the recruitment system.
• Build long‑term relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent network.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Sales teams to understand hiring needs and achieve sourcing targets.

Required profile

• Experience in headhunting, recruitment, talent acquisition or direct sourcing.
• Real‑estate recruitment or industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident making outbound calls and approaching candidates directly.
• Results‑driven mindset with ability to meet recruitment targets.
• Fluency in English.
