About the role
Golden Bricks Dubai is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its real‑estate investment business. Based on‑site in Dubai, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top‑quality professionals to support the company’s growth in a fast‑moving market.
Key responsibilities
- Create and publish job advertisements across relevant channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline and track recruitment metrics.
- Partner with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies and workforce plans.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within the Dubai real‑estate sector.
- Proven track record hiring commission‑based agents.
- Strong sourcing, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high‑pace environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field (preferred).
Required skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
