Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

About the role

A growing company is looking for a motivated, results-driven Recruiter to join its team in Dubai. The position is full-time and covers the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Post vacancies across relevant platforms and attract qualified candidates
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Work closely with the HR manager to understand staffing needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience recruiting in the UAE, with good knowledge of the local market
• Based in the UAE
• Strong written and spoken English for daily work with candidates and colleagues

Required skills

• Confident sourcing of candidates on LinkedIn and job boards
• Interviewing and candidate screening
