About the role
Amazon is seeking a UAE‑national Recruiter to join its MEATR Talent Acquisition team. The role will support the hiring of top talent across Amazon’s business units, ensuring a high‑quality, efficient recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to design sourcing, assessment and closing strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
- Conduct in‑depth interviews and present candidate slates that meet hiring manager expectations.
- Track and meet recruitment metrics and service level agreements.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to long‑term recruitment strategy.
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.
Required profile
- UAE national with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, candidate generation and client management.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering high‑quality results.
