Recruitment and Sourcing Officer

About the role

TalentOne is looking for a results-driven recruiter with staffing agency experience to deliver technical, specialist and bulk hiring requirements across oil & gas, defense, engineering, manufacturing, construction and other sectors. The role is based in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, job portals, referrals and international talent networks, and deliver qualified shortlists within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and trackers, flagging hiring risks and delays early.
• Achieve strong CV-to-interview, offer-to-joining and placement conversion ratios.
• Coordinate with clients, hiring managers and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, agree priorities and secure timely feedback.
• Support assigned client accounts with regular updates, responsive communication and resolution of recruitment issues.
• Manage candidate engagement from submission through interviews, offers and successful joining.

Required profile

• 2-5 years' recruitment experience, preferably within staffing, outsourcing or recruitment agencies.
• Proven delivery of technical, engineering or industrial recruitment assignments.
• Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination and client relationship skills.
• Ownership of deadlines, hiring targets and placement outcomes.
• UAE recruitment exposure preferred; ATS experience is an advantage.
