Recruitment Consultant – Full Cycle Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for a range of clients. You will act as the main point of contact for both candidates and employers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for open positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to offer stage.
• Develop new business opportunities with prospective clients.
• Write and post job adverts on relevant platforms.
• Conduct market mapping and talent searches.
• Negotiate salaries, contracts and terms of business.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in CRM systems.
• Meet recruitment targets, KPIs and revenue goals.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial mindset with solid negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, job boards and CRM/ATS systems.
