Recruitment Consultant

About the role

KYG Group is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to lead talent acquisition for both its brokerage and development divisions. You will own the full hiring cycle, from sourcing to placement, and manage the HR processes that keep the growing team operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for leasing and sales agent positions across the brokerage.
• Support recruitment for development projects as needs arise.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding, including contracts, visa processing, RERA registration, CRM setup and inductions.
• Handle off‑boarding, exit documentation, access removal, final settlements and no‑poaching confirmations.
• Maintain day‑to‑day HR administration such as leave tracking, probation monitoring, contract amendments and employee records.
• Build and nurture a proactive candidate pipeline through networking, referrals and LinkedIn outreach.
• Track all recruitment activity in Bitrix24.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong network within the Dubai professional market.
• Solid understanding of UAE onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, contracts, probation and termination.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑directed and able to move initiatives forward without constant supervision.
• Based in Dubai.

What we offer

• Base salary AED 12,000–15,000 per month (dependent on experience and network).
