Recruitment Coordinator – Dubai

About the role

The Recruitment Coordinator will be based on‑site in Dubai, supporting AMCO HR Consultancies LLC’s end‑to‑end hiring processes across multiple sectors. You will act as the primary liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, compliant recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage applicant flow.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Prepare interview itineraries and coordinate logistics for hiring managers.
• Support offer preparation, document collection, and onboarding arrangements.
• Respond to candidate and client inquiries promptly.
• Assist in generating recruitment reports and metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting selection decisions.
• Customer‑service mindset with a focus on responsiveness.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with HR and recruitment practices in the GCC is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai within a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
