Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

Revolut’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support the planning and execution of hiring activities across multiple time zones. You will help ensure a smooth, high‑quality candidate experience while enabling recruiters to focus on talent sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates and hiring managers across various locations and time zones.
• Arrange talent assessment tests and follow up on their completion.
• Train interviewers on best practices and interview processes.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with recruiters to streamline and improve recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating activities, preferably within recruitment or HR.
• Background in fast‑paced or startup environments.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple calendars, events, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with a passion for the company’s vision.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar recruitment platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
