Recruitment Delivery Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to own end‑to‑end delivery of mid‑to‑senior mandates across the UAE and GCC. You will work in a fast‑paced agency environment, turning market research into qualified shortlists and ensuring a smooth candidate journey.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, market mapping and referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines by function, sector and seniority.
• Conduct structured qualification calls and produce clear, commercial candidate summaries.
• Manage candidate control throughout the process, keeping talent warm and committed.
• Advise clients on market realities, compensation expectations and competitor movements.
• Maintain a clean, reportable pipeline with consistent activity and follow‑through.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years agency‑side recruitment experience, preferably delivering mid‑to‑senior level mandates.
• Strong international recruitment background with exposure to the GCC/UAE market.
• Proven ability to source passive talent and build pipelines from scratch.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Based in the UAE.
• Tenacious, commercial, organized and high‑integrity.
