Recruitment Intern (Paid) – Real Estate

About the role

Onelink Real Estate, a growing real estate company based in Downtown Dubai, is looking for a Recruitment Intern for a paid internship. The role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment and the chance of future full-time employment for strong performers.

Key responsibilities

• Talent hunting: source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and professional networks
• Candidate engagement: connect with candidates, make recruitment calls and run initial screenings
• CV screening: review applications and shortlist suitable candidates
• Interview coordination: schedule interviews and ensure a good candidate experience
• Recruitment support: manage job postings, candidate databases, follow-ups and hiring trackers
• Team collaboration: work with the recruitment team and hiring managers

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident, outgoing and comfortable talking to new people
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Previous recruitment or HR experience is a plus but not required
