About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition for a new branch of a leading financial services company in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on attracting experienced professionals within the BFSI sector and ensuring a smooth hiring process for the expanding operation.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment activities for the Abu Dhabi branch.
- Source, screen and select candidates with 9‑12 years of experience in the BFSI segment.
- Coordinate with senior leadership to align hiring plans with business objectives.
Required profile
- 9 to 12 years of recruitment experience in the BFSI sector.
- Mandatory prior work experience in the UAE.
- Post‑qualified education and excellent communication abilities.
Required skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from AED 20,000 to AED 25,000 per month, plus benefits.
