Recruitment Officer – Transport Sector

About the role

The Recruitment Officer will support Keolis-MHI in hiring staff for the Transport sector in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality candidates within required timeframes while also providing recruitment support to other sectors as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, respond to applicants and manage rejections.
• Maintain and regularly update a talent pool, contacting candidates fortnightly.
• Pre‑screen candidates, attend interviews with line managers and draft interview packs.
• Advise line managers on recruitment governance and ensure smooth hiring procedures.
• Lead the exit‑interview process, collect data and provide trend analysis to HR leadership.
• Protect confidential information and liaise with onboarding and retention teams.

Required profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of HR administration principles and practices.
• Proactive, mature approach with strong problem‑solving capability.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills across all organisational levels.
• High attention to detail, ability to manage change and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
