Recruitment Researcher Internship – Global FTSE 250 Firm

About the role

You will support both employers and job seekers by sourcing, shortlisting and presenting candidates for a variety of roles across multiple sectors. Working within Michael Page Middle East, you will gain exposure to recruitment processes for a FTSE 250 organisation while developing strong analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Take job briefs from managers and directors, asking detailed questions to define the ideal candidate profile.
• Prepare market mappings and research reports as assigned by senior leaders.
• Source, screen, shortlist and brief candidates for active positions.
• Conduct qualitative conversations with candidates in person or by phone to assess skills, knowledge and personality.
• Create candidate presentations and CV snapshots that highlight fit for each role.
• Assemble high‑level information packs to help candidates understand the client, role and regional job market.
• Maintain trackers and update the recruitment database with candidate progress.
• Manage interview logistics, prepare candidates for interviews and coordinate travel or accommodation when required.

Required profile

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Career‑driven and motivated to work in a multinational environment.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid residency or student visa for the UAE (sponsorship by parent, spouse or university).
