Recruitment & Social Media Executive

About the role

InkSpilled Technology LLC is looking for its first Recruitment & Social Media Executive to support both internal hiring and client‑facing social media activities. Working directly with the founder, you will help shape the company’s early culture while managing recruitment processes and social media content across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, NaukriGulf and other portals; screen CVs, shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain hiring trackers, documentation and support onboarding and basic HR tasks.
• Plan, schedule and publish content for InkSpilled’s own social media channels, ensuring brand voice consistency.
• Assist clients with their social media accounts, coordinating content calendars, captions and approvals.
• Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements for both internal and client accounts.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
• Willingness to commute daily to Prime Business Center, JVC, Dubai.

Required skills

• Canva or similar design tool.
