Recruitment Specialist – Global Fintech & Brokerage Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring for our global fintech, brokerage and crypto divisions. You will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, ensuring a smooth candidate journey and accurate recruitment data across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance and handover to HR.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria.
• Execute targeted sourcing strategies on LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and competitor mapping to build strong pipelines.
• Screen, evaluate and present shortlisted candidates with clear summaries of experience, skill alignment and compensation expectations.
• Handle multiple open vacancies simultaneously, keeping each role on schedule.
• Lead offer negotiations to ensure competitive and budget‑aligned proposals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across different time zones, preparing panels and logistics.
• Gather structured feedback from interviewers and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and shared recruitment trackers.
• Produce weekly recruitment reports covering pipeline status, time‑to‑fill and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for high‑volume roles.
• Strong ability to work with hiring managers across multiple regions and time zones.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data integrity and reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
