Recruitment Specialist – High‑Volume Oil & Gas EPC Hiring

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring for Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will work closely with project and hiring managers to source, assess, and mobilize technical and non‑technical talent for complex engineering and construction assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for EPC projects, from requisition to onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for engineers, construction managers, QA/QC, HSE professionals, skilled trades and support staff.
• Run high‑volume hiring campaigns while meeting quality, timeline and compliance targets.
• Screen, interview, assess and shortlist candidates for both project‑based and permanent roles.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and build talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Utilize recruitment databases, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter and networking channels to source candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare regular hiring reports and ensure adherence to company and client policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Proven experience managing high‑volume recruitment for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning or maintenance projects.
• Strong understanding of EPC project structures and key technical disciplines.
• Previous experience with a manpower consultancy, recruitment agency or workforce solutions provider serving Oil & Gas EPC clients is highly preferred.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Modern sourcing techniques and talent pipeline development.
