Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our construction, engineering consultancy, and contracting divisions in Dubai. The role focuses on sourcing technical and corporate talent while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to onboarding, including screening, interviews, offers and visa coordination.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, agencies, referrals and direct outreach for roles such as Project Managers, Engineers, QS, Estimators, Site Engineers, HSE, and skilled site staff.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications, technical competencies and manpower priorities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for current and future project needs and monitor agency performance and costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction, engineering consultancy, contracting or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE recruitment market and technical hiring practices.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced project environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other job portals.
• Proficiency in ATS/HR systems and recruitment databases.
• Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment and negotiation skills.
• Effective stakeholder‑management and communication abilities.
