Recruitment Specialist – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing real estate group in Dubai looking for a hands‑on Recruitment Specialist to own hiring across development, brokerage, property management, MEP and owner association verticals. You will shape our talent strategy, work closely with senior leaders and drive end‑to‑end recruitment for a wide range of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles ranging from brokers and leasing agents to MEP engineers, OA managers and senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for each business unit, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job ads and conduct interviews.
• Leverage ATS platforms (Bayt, Naukrigulf, LinkedIn Recruiter) to track candidates and streamline processes.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and create social hiring content to attract top talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for Tier‑1 developers such as Emaar, Binghatti, Sobha or similar.
• Ability to recruit at all levels – from frontline staff to senior management.
• Strong knowledge of real‑estate roles including brokers, property managers, MEP engineers, OA specialists and leasing agents.
• Active LinkedIn presence with a large professional following.
• Demonstrated success in broker recruitment for brokerage operations.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS tools: Bayt, Naukrigulf, LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with RERA/DLD regulations (preferred).
• Background in multi‑country GCC hiring.
• Employer branding and social hiring content creation.
