Recruitment Specialist – Real Estate Talent Acquisition

About the role

Housess Real Estate is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to lead the acquisition of top‑tier real estate agents across Dubai and the UAE. This role focuses on quality hires, employer branding, and building a strong talent community to support the company’s long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and head‑hunt high‑calibre real estate agents and brokers.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Prioritise quality‑first hiring, ensuring cultural fit and long‑term potential.
• Create recruitment‑focused content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms to showcase company culture and success stories.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates, attend networking events and develop referral initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, prepare weekly reports and monitor KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales or real estate.
• Experience within the Dubai real‑estate market is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to attract and assess high‑performing agents.
• Strong communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.
