Regional Accounting Manager

About the role

We are a leading multinational aviation services and asset management organization seeking a hands‑on Regional Accounting Manager. You will lead accounting, finance, audit, tax and shared‑services activities across entities in the UAE, India, Ireland and the USA, driving financial controls and supporting rapid business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close, AP/AR, reconciliations, fixed assets and inter‑company accounting for multiple jurisdictions.
• Standardise and automate finance processes within the shared‑services function.
• Manage audit, tax compliance and statutory reporting across all regions.
• Lead the finance workstream of a new ERP implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, data migration, training and go‑live support.
• Support group consolidation, treasury activities, management reporting and board‑level presentations.
• Partner with operational, legal, compliance and finance teams on cross‑border transactions.
• Develop and mentor finance team members while building scalable processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, CA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership in a multinational or shared‑services environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, consolidation, financial reporting, audit, tax and treasury functions.
• Proven experience managing multi‑entity international operations and leading ERP implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
