Regional Business Development Manager – GCC (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Conciliera is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for the GCC market. This remote, hands‑on position focuses on expanding our network of luxury travel, concierge, hospitality, and corporate travel partners. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within luxury travel, concierge, hospitality, and corporate travel sectors.
• Research, qualify, and engage prospective partners.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Develop long‑term relationships with strategic partners.
• Represent Conciliera at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with operations and customer support to ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Track business development activities and performance metrics.
• Provide market feedback and insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships within luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, transportation, or related industries.
• Existing network and strong relationships within the GCC luxury travel ecosystem.
• Native or fluent Arabic and professional English proficiency.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
