Regional Category Leader, Radiology Informatics Growth

About the role

Philips is seeking an experienced healthcare technology leader to drive growth and commercialization of its Radiology Informatics (RI) and Advanced Visualization (AVI) portfolio across the Growth Region. The role will shape regional go‑to‑market strategy, support strategic customer engagements and partner with sales teams to meet growth and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute regional growth and go‑to‑market strategies for the RI & AVI portfolio.
• Drive strategic customer engagements and support complex commercial opportunities.
• Lead adoption and commercialization of AI‑enabled imaging solutions.
• Manage regional business funnel performance, risks and growth opportunities.
• Enable sales teams with value propositions, sales plays and competitive positioning.
• Provide market insights and act as the voice of the region for global portfolio and innovation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales within Healthcare IT, Medical Software, Radiology Informatics, RIS, PACS or Enterprise Imaging.
• Proven track record developing and executing multi‑country go‑to‑market strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at C‑suite level and commercial acumen.
• Fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
