Regional Digital & CRM Specialist – Luxury Beauty

About the role

Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is looking for a Regional Digital & CRM Specialist to lead digital engagement and loyalty programmes across the GCC. Based in Dubai, you will translate global brand vision into regional campaigns that drive sell‑out and reinforce the luxury beauty positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360° digital marketing and CRM strategies for the GCC, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance.
• Collaborate with Global and EMEA teams in Milan and with local distributors, retailers and e‑retail partners to implement annual digital and CRM plans.
• Lead omnichannel activations that integrate digital, retail, CRM and e‑commerce touchpoints.
• Localise global campaigns for cultural relevance in the Middle East and oversee flawless execution across all channels.
• Manage digital campaign calendars, assets and influencer/content strategies on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat.
• Measure and report campaign performance (ROI, reach, CPM, engagement) and provide actionable insights.
• Act as the regional point of contact for Digital & CRM with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and CRM within the luxury or beauty sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally across regions.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
