Maintenance Manager for High‑Tech Greenhouse Facilities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across three high‑tech greenhouse sites in the UAE, covering roughly 160,000 m². The role focuses on equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and uninterrupted production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs using TPM principles.
• Oversee multi‑site maintenance activities, ensuring consistent standards and equipment availability.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, and planned maintenance compliance.
• Manage critical utilities including HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, compressors, generators, and irrigation/water‑treatment systems.
• Control annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets, optimise maintenance spend and cost‑effective solutions.
• Handle AMCs, SLAs, contractors and service providers, ensuring performance compliance.
• Lead procurement of critical spares, negotiate with suppliers and optimise inventory.
• Collaborate with production, quality and other teams to resolve bottlenecks and support production targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial or related engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience in industrial, agricultural or similar technical operations.
• Proven track record managing teams, budgets, contractors and multi‑site facilities.
• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting skills for LV/LC systems, diesel generators and HVAC.
