Regional Marketing Manager

About the role

Etihad is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to run full-funnel marketing across a defined set of regional markets. The role focuses on coordination, delivery and optimisation, with strong exposure to both brand and performance marketing in a premium, global airline environment. You will work closely with senior marketing leaders and commercial and revenue teams to make sure campaigns are delivered on time and on brand, while supporting demand stimulation, route performance and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute integrated, full-funnel marketing campaigns across assigned markets, coordinating paid, owned and earned channels such as digital, social, sponsorships, OOH, partnerships and CRM
• Manage campaign timelines, assets, approvals and deployment, keeping activity aligned with Etihad's premium brand and locally relevant
• Act as the day-to-day marketing contact for assigned markets and partner with the Revenue and Commercial teams on offers, seasonal activity and new route launches
• Manage external agency partners so that output meets brand standards and performance expectations
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, bookings and CPA, and support reporting and post-campaign reviews
• Travel up to 20% to engage with markets and build local knowledge

Required profile

• 5-7 years of marketing experience in a consumer-facing business, ideally in airlines or retail
• Bachelor's degree
• Solid experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Experience working with agencies and multiple internal stakeholders
• Willingness to travel and engage with markets on the ground
