Regional Product Manager

About the role

Kinetic Business Solutions, on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Regional Product Manager to be based in Dubai. The role focuses on driving product marketing and market access initiatives across the GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Develop medium‑term strategic and short‑term operational plans.
• Improve product marketability, profitability, and market share.
• Identify and map key stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
• Manage the entire product life‑cycle portfolio.
• Develop innovative and competitive market access strategies.
• Identify marketing opportunities and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with primary‑care/Rx experience.
• Current residence in the UAE and experience in the GCC region.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities with a proven track record of delivering business results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
