Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain in a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. The role focuses on driving growth across multiple retail channels while ensuring strong market presence and product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional sales activities in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain.
• Drive sales growth across Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Food Service, and Convenience channels.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Manage key accounts, distributors, and retail partnerships.
• Monitor sales KPIs, market trends, competitor actions, and growth opportunities.
• Ensure in‑market execution, visibility, and product availability.
• Coach and develop sales teams to achieve high performance.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 7–10 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing multiple retail channels and leading sales teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• UAE/GCC market experience preferred; MBA is an advantage.
• Willingness to reside in Abu Dhabi.
