Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Opella, a global leader in over‑the‑counter and vitamin‑mineral supplements, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead its sales team, drive revenue growth and expand market presence across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies aligned with Opella’s goals.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
• Set individual and team sales goals and monitor performance.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and performance reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with the Sales Force Effectiveness team to assess performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Recruit, train and onboard new sales team members.
• Work with Brand & Innovation, Science, Supply Chain and Finance teams to optimise sales efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing and contractual terms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in FMCG or health‑care.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on forecast accuracy and reporting quality.
• Results‑driven commercial acumen.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales reporting tools.
