Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the expansion of La Lorraine Bakery Group’s product portfolio across the GCC and wider Middle East. The successful candidate will identify growth opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive market penetration for our bakery and foodservice offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends in the manufacturing sector.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and set annual, quarterly, and monthly performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to optimise profitability and secure long‑term agreements.
• Lead and manage sales operations across the assigned region, focusing on clients and distributors.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and uncover upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with supply chain to guarantee timely product availability.
• Coordinate with finance for credit management and payment collection.
• Foster a high‑performance, customer‑focused sales culture.
• Work with marketing to design promotional campaigns tailored for foodservice clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, HORECA or catering channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large territories.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and advanced functions.
