Regional Sales Manager – MEA

About the role

Trimble is seeking a strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead its Civil Construction Field Solutions (CCFS) team across the MEA region. You will shape sales strategy, build distribution networks, and drive market expansion for cutting‑edge construction technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage and mentor a high‑performing team of Sales Account Managers and Technical Sales Engineers.
• Establish and grow relationships with dealer principals and key distributor personnel.
• Identify and onboard new distributor organizations to broaden market penetration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align regional strategies with global initiatives.
• Support marketing initiatives and provide market feedback to Product Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in technical engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of successful sales and sales‑management experience, preferably in channel management.
• Proven leadership ability to set strategy, gain alignment, and drive accountability.
• Deep understanding of the construction domain and technology distribution dynamics.
• Strong communication skills for complex negotiations and stakeholder trust building.
