Regional Sales Manager - UAE

About the role

Encore is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business and grow existing client relationships across its venues in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on acquiring new venues, expanding spend with current customers, and delivering production sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for specified venues.
• Grow existing client relationships and increase share of wallet across Encore venues.
• Collaborate with the Venue Acquisition team to support venue prospects.
• Generate leads, conduct market research, and build a healthy pipeline of new account prospects.
• Produce regular reports on demand funnel, account performance, conversion statistics, forecast analysis, and hotel performance.
• Work closely with regional field sales, technical, creative services, and operational support to sell Encore’s full service portfolio.
• Manage budget expectations, event profitability, and exceed customer expectations.

Required profile

• Strong consultative selling approach.
• Experience in venue sales, event production, or related fields.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing pipelines.
