About the role
Provide and coordinate patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care in a clinic setting, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and Mediclinic.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
- Create a positive patient experience by fostering a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
- Contribute to a learning environment by supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a valid BLS certificate.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience in the candidate’s home country; UAE experience is beneficial.
Required skills
- Basic Arabic language skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
