Registered Nurse - Dialysis

M42 delivers healthcare across the full continuum of care, and its Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital in the Northern Emirates is a 200-bed, JCI-accredited facility serving military personnel, their families and the wider community. The Registered Nurse - Dialysis delivers individualized dialysis care to patients while adhering to clinical standards, safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough pre-dialysis and post-dialysis nursing assessments in line with clinical guidelines.
• Perform safe and efficient hemodialysis treatments, including equipment preparation, access management and complication monitoring.
• Administer medications and implement nursing interventions according to individualized patient care plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation to support continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations, renal health and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with nephrologists and the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with infection-control standards, equipment safety protocols and organizational policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Valid DOH/DHA/MOH license or DOH eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of hemodialysis nursing experience.
• BLS required; ACLS is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong technical skills in dialysis equipment.
• Vascular access management.
