Registered Nurse – ICU (Adult & Paediatrics)

About the role

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Adult and Paediatric ICU team. The role involves delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
• Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
• Foster a positive patient experience by creating a supportive environment.
• Mentor, supervise and coach nursing learners and staff to build competence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in the candidate’s home country; three years of ICU experience (adult & paediatric) preferred.
• Basic Arabic language skills and fluent English communication.
• Knowledge of patient safety standards and proficiency in MS Office.

• Microsoft Office applications.
