About the role
The Registered Nurse will provide patient‑centric, evidence‑based care in the Labour & Delivery Unit, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high‑quality maternity services.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in line with clinical standards and legislation.
- Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety.
- Foster positive patient experiences by creating a supportive environment.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Valid BLS and NRP certificates.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience in the home country; UAE experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic Arabic language skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
