Registered Nurse - Mental Health

About the role

Fakeeh Health, a healthcare group founded by the founders of Fakeeh Care Group in Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Registered Nurse for its mental health services in Dubai. The nurse delivers evidence-based nursing care in a clinical setting, assesses patients' health problems and needs, develops and implements care plans and keeps medical records, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' health through physical examinations, vital signs and symptom monitoring, and update individualized care plans with colleagues.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor for side effects, and provide wound care including cleaning, dressing and infection monitoring.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and prevention, and observe and record changes in condition or behaviour.
• Assist physicians during procedures and diagnostic tests, respond to emergencies, and follow emergency protocols such as codes and RRT.
• Follow infection control standards, including hand hygiene, PPE use and reporting of facility-acquired infections.
• Maintain accurate patient care records and communicate with patients, families and the healthcare team.
• Provide emotional support, advocate for patients' needs and respect cultural values in care planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience; staff with less than one year join the RN residency programme (Fakeeh Graduate).
• License from the country of origin and a practice license from the regional regulator (e.g. SCFHS / DHA).
• BLS, ACLS and other LSTC courses as applicable.
• Experience in community engagement or CSR is valued.
