Registered Nurse – Outpatient Department (Emirati Talent)

About the role

Join a leading healthcare organization to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care in the Outpatient Department. This position is dedicated to supporting UAE nationals in delivering high‑quality clinical services across multiple sites in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow to ensure a smooth outpatient experience.
• Perform nursing assessments, vital‑signs monitoring, venipuncture, specimen collection and medication administration.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately in the Cerner electronic medical record.
• Assist physicians and allied health professionals during consultations and procedures.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications and follow‑up care.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, laboratory, radiology and revenue‑cycle teams.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and maintain clinical supplies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Valid DOH medical license or eligibility.
• 1–3 years experience in an outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated leadership or team‑lead experience.
• Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making abilities under pressure.
